Xton Access Manager Product Update 2.3.201903312230
Today we released new update to the Xton Privileged Access Manager software. This update adds Tasks Report displaying records with the associated tasks, their policies, shadow accounts and the task list inheritance. The update also adds the option to access the system using Microsoft Azure AD (Office 365) authentication.
Added Tasks Report
The update added system-, vault- and folder- level Tasks Report displaying records with the associated tasks, their policies, shadow accounts and the task list inheritance status from the correspondent record type. Users can export the report in PDF or CSV formats or subscribe to the report to receive periodic notifications about system task configuration.
Task Report is useful to analyze job configuration and scheduling for the entire system or a vault, understand big picture of the job distribution over time and network segments or to identify records with unique task lists to reorganize task lists in more manageable fashion.
Added the option to access the system using Microsoft Azure AD (Office 365) authentication
The update added a configuration guide to integrate system login with Microsoft Office 365 (Azure AD) user directory using SAML SSO protocol. The option allows to use Azure AD (Office 365) account to login to the system enabling better integration with current organization software and user management infrastructure.
