Xton Access Manager Product Update 2.3.201905192222
Today we released new update to the Xton Privileged Access Manager software. This update adds record archiving, saved searches with quick access and chained job execution workflows.
Added record archiving
The update adds the option to archive records to stop job executions, job scheduling, editing and establishing sessions for archived records with the option to restore archived records in their original state. The option is useful to quickly decommission assets while preserving related historical records, sessions and audit logs. The option is also useful to temporarily suspend operations related to certain assets with the ability to quickly restore the operations back when the asset comes back online.
Added saved searches with quick access
The update adds the option to save search queries for the later access using left side navigation menu. The update also brings pre-built saved search templates for common searches such as Windows or Unix Hosts, WEB Portals, records with unique permissions, formulas or task lists, archived records or records accessed using SSH protocol. User can save their own frequently used searches using Add Favorite star-button available on the search results screen.
Added chained job execution workflows
The update adds the option to chain job executions for a record based on job failure criteria. The option allows to trigger different job after the failed job execution for the same record using #XTAM TRIGGER FAILED $TaskName reference in the script body to support the cases such as triggering password reconciliation following failed check status operation.
