Xton Access Manager Product Update 2.3.202103142258
Today we released new update to the Xton Privileged Access Manager software. This update custom fields support for vaults and folders and security updates for the application framework and WEB container.
Added custom fields support for vaults and folders
The update adds custom fields support for vaults and folders including the options to display metadata in folder list and search folders by custom field values. The option improves WEB GUI navigation through large folder hierarchies, folder search by custom field values and REST API integration techniques.
To enable custom metadata for vaults and folders add custom record type named Folder. Each field defined for this Folder record type will be used as a custom field when creating or editing existing containers.
Added security updates for the application framework
The update includes new application framework OpenJDK 15.0.2 and new WEB Container Apache Tomcat 9.0.43. All new deployments will use new infrastructure components. Existing deployment can optionally be updated using the update guides listed below. The application functionality will support all previously deployed framework components unless otherwise noted in the future.
