Xton Access Manager Product Update 2.3.202010182206
Today we released new update to the Xton Privileged Access Manager software. This update adds context metadata to exported and scheduled reports and the option to export reports in encrypted ZIP format.
Added context metadata to exported and scheduled reports
The update added extended context metadata to exported or scheduled reports in both CSV and PDF formats. The new metadata includes the user who requested report generation, the object (vault, folder or record) to generate the report for and a time zone of the server node that generated the report. Extended metadata provides a context for the report data when it is extracted from the vault and distributed through other media. The extended metadata simplifies security audits and communications with system stake-holders.
Added the option to export reports in encrypted ZIP format
The update added the option to export all system-, vault-, folder- and record-level reports in encrypted ZIP file using provided password for both PDF and CSV formats.
The option to export reports in encrypted format simplifies communications with auditors, MSP clients and other external stake-holders analyzing privileged users and account activity.
