Your August/September 2018 XTON Access Manager Updates!

Xton was very busy during the summer months. We are excited to announce an even more powerful privileged account discovery for Amazon EC2 Instances, Personal Vaults (let’s your business users have their own IT managed password vault), SSH Key Management and API tokens that make application to application integration with XTAM a breeze. All of these features are now available. Give XTAM a Try or Schedule a quick demo.

Now, let’s get to the good stuff and tell you what’s new…

As more businesses begin or continue to move critical infrastructure to cloud systems like AWS, the security to find, access and manipulate these services becomes ever increasing and vital. Using XTAM, administrators can discover their Amazon EC2 instances, secure access to them, rotate their SSH keys and enable auditing and recording to ensure only trusted users can access these critical, cloud based systems.

Using standard XTAM’s search options, you can now dynamically authenticate remote session using credentials located in other records. This provides a method to more easily store, manage and consume Administrative credentials without revealing passwords and secrets to users.

A new Indexing option has been added so that values from any field can now be found using XTAM search. This allows records to be more easily tagged and found based on custom metadata.
